At Strength & Spices, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your supplements sooner.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times below begin once your order has been dispatched.
United Kingdom
All UK orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
- Dispatch: Within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday)
- Estimated delivery: Most orders arrive within 3 working days
- Please allow: Up to 5–7 working days during busy periods or in the event of postal delays.
- Free shipping: Available on orders over £20.
Cyprus
Orders within Cyprus are dispatched from our Cyprus fulfilment centre.
ACS Collection

- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Additional delivery options, including home delivery and BOXNOW lockers, may be available at checkout.
European Union
Orders to EU countries are dispatched from our Cyprus fulfilment centre.

United States
We're currently expanding our US fulfilment network.
Where available, US orders will be dispatched from our US fulfilment centre to provide faster domestic delivery. Shipping methods and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.
Local Fulfilment
To provide faster delivery and minimise unnecessary customs delays, orders are fulfilled from our UK, EU or USA fulfilment centres, depending on the delivery destination and product availability.
Customs & Import Charges
Orders shipped within the UK, Cyprus, the European Union or the United States are fulfilled locally where possible.
For destinations outside these regions, customers may be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their local authorities.

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to postal services, customs processing, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
