Due to addition of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) to increase the absorption of iron salt which is rich in our ingredients one recent batch produced capsules with black spots. These are absolutely harmless but occur in presence of moisture when iron salt comes in contact with ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). 
This does not affect the quality or nutrition values of the capsules. This is simply an aesthetic flaw.

Capsule Shells

The capsule shells that we use are 100% vegan. They are made from HPMC, which is a completely natural pure vegetable cellulose derived from pine trees.

We chose to use these HPMC capsule shells as opposed to the gelatine alternative because one of our core beliefs it to create products that are 100% natural and entirely vegan.

The vegan capsules contain no preservatives, gelatine, wheat, gluten, animal by-products or starch.

Dosage

Directions: Take two (2) capsules daily, preferably with meals. During menstruation , increase the dosage up to six (6) capsules daily or as needed.
