Psoriasis FAQ
What is psoriasis?
Psoriasis is an auto-immune skin condition characterized by patches of ‘abnormal’ skin. Skin cells multiply too quickly and cause red patches with white scales. On darker skin tones, the patches can also look purple or dark brown, and the scales may look grey. The scales will normally be on the scalp, elbows, knees and lower back. Patches are itchy and painful, they can crack and bleed.
Why do i have psoriasis?
There are two main reasons why someone has psoriasis: an overactive immune system, and internal inflammation. Our immune systems normally protect us from ‘intruders’ eg a virus. If someone has psoriasis it means their immune system mistakes healthy cells for intruders and the T-cells attacks the body’s healthy skin cells. The body then produces skin cells far too rapidly and these excess skin cells are pushed to the surface which causes internal inflammation. In the UK, 2% of the population suffer from psoriasis.
How can I reduce psoriasis in my body or eliminate it completely?
There are a few home remedies that you can also do to manage your psoriasis including:
Take daily baths – wash gently rather than scrubbing your skin in the shower or bath
Keep your skin moist – don’t let your skin dry out as the patches can crack and bleed
Cover the affected areas overnight – protect the patches overnight
Expose your skin to small amounts of sunlight – direct strong sunlight should be avoided, but some sunlight can be good
Avoid scratching – no matter how difficult it is, try not to scratch the patches otherwise you will irritate them further
Avoid psoriasis triggers – triggers differ in different people but generally smoking, cold & dry weather conditions, stress can all trigger psoriasis flare-ups
Strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle – eat healthily, take supplements, avoid alcohol and smoking
What do I need to do to get rid of psoriasis in my body?
As psoriasis has two main causes, there are two main roots to get rid of psoriasis. These are:
1- Restore your immune system to eliminate the condition of having your body attack the healthy skin cells thinking they are hostile.
2- Restore the skin condition and stop the itchiness and get rid of the accumulation of cells on your body.
What does the Psoriasis Relief supplement do to help eliminate psoriasis?
Our Psoriasis Relief supplement is a two-fold treatment that treats the cause, not the symptoms of psoriasis. The capsules help:
1-restore the immune system – contains our Immune Booster formula to restore the body’s immune system.
2- re-conditions the skin – contains our Anti-Inflammatory mixture to reduce redness, itchiness and restore your skin to its original condition
Plus, capsules are rich in biotin and zinc to ensure skin remains in a good condition.
Do I need to take the Psoriasis Relief supplement forever to keep my psoriasis under control?
Generally, no. If you are treated for psoriasis by taking Strength & Spices’ Psoriasis Relief that helps restore your immune system, you can stop the mixture. This is as long as you change your diet and keep your immune system in a good condition.
However, if you do not do so then you have to keep taking the psoriasis relief of Strength & Spices.
Please remember that if you’ve been suffering from psoriasis for a long time, it can take months to see an improvement and it is likely that you will require continuous use of the supplement to ensure the psoriasis doesn’t return.
Is it safe to take the psoriasis supplement every day?
Yes, 100%. There is no harm in taking these capsules daily. You can increase the dosage as much as is needed. The supplement is 100% natural, vegan and made entirely of foods which means there are zero side effects.
Does the Psoriasis Relief supplement get rid of psoriasis?
Yes, it will but it takes time depending on how long you have had psoriasis and how severe it is. The longer you have had it, the longer these capsules take to work effectively.
On average 13 weeks is the norm for them to get rid of psoriasis.
What treatment do you recommend for psoriasis?
None of the treatments available with the NHS cure psoriasis. All their treatments suppress psoriasis for a certain period of time and/or treat the symptoms eg itchiness, redness.
The only way to combat psoriasis and to treat it is to treat it from the inside by improving your immune system and regenerating your skin.
Strength & Spices’ Psoriasis Relief does this job and we have countless success stories. We hope you will be one of them.
